Go Fish Montana, LLC
Website & Booking Terms
How GFM website requests, guided-trip reservations, lodging arrangements and Field Goods inquiries work before you commit or pay.
Effective and updated October 9, 2026.
Business and website scope
This website is operated by Go Fish Montana, LLC. Montana Outfitter #26927. Contact noah@gofishmontana.com or 406-800-1212 with a business or booking question.
These terms explain the website and inquiry process. A trip, stay or order requires a separate confirmation of the arrangements. Sending a form does not reserve a date, guarantee a particular guide, create a lodging reservation or take a payment. Adults should make requests on behalf of their group.
Trip requests and reservations
GFM confirms availability, the responsible outfitter, the trip plan and the price with you before a reservation. The Rates page states current inclusions, exclusions, deposit and cancellation terms. Review those terms and the written confirmation before paying a deposit.
Trip-specific changes must be agreed with you before payment. If the written confirmation and published terms differ, ask GFM to resolve the difference first. There is no online checkout here. Do not put payment details in an inquiry.
Weather, river restrictions, guide availability and access can affect the plan. We discuss necessary changes with you. These website terms do not replace a separately reviewed participation agreement or waive rights you have under applicable law.
Lodging arrangements
Lodging photographs show past stays, rather than currently available rental listings. We check availability, the total cost, payment arrangements and the host’s cancellation/refund terms with you before booking. A host’s terms are separate from guided-trip terms. Staying near water does not grant fishing access.
Live real estate listings and real estate referral services are not offered in this release. Property articles provide general research context and do not replace advice from a licensed broker, attorney, surveyor, title professional or other qualified adviser.
Field Goods inquiries
A product request prepares an email draft for you to review and send. GFM confirms stock, size, quantity, price, any applicable tax, shipping or pickup cost, expected shipping time and return/cancellation terms before accepting an order or arranging payment. Fly orders are quoted individually.
An inquiry is not a completed order. No card information is collected by the website. If an accepted order cannot ship when promised, we will explain the delay and provide the cancellation/refund options required by law.
Conditions, access and safety
River readings and forecasts identify their source and time. They can be provisional, delayed, incomplete or unavailable. A flow number or forecast is not a determination that a river is safe to fish or float. Check the original source, local conditions, current closures and your own group’s abilities.
Anglers are responsible for required fishing licenses and regulations. See Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks for current rules and restrictions. Respect private property and obtain permission where required. Fishing results are never guaranteed.
Content and partner links
GFM owns its original photographs and written website content. Partner logos, credited material and third-party software remain with their owners and applicable licenses. Viewing a page does not grant commercial reuse rights. Contact GFM for written photo or content permission; rights allowed by law remain available.
Partner links lead to independent businesses. Their availability, terms and privacy practices apply on their websites. A link does not give another business access to your GFM inquiry. Paid or referral relationships require an appropriate disclosure with the relevant recommendation.
Do not misuse the forms, send unlawful content, impersonate another person, bypass access controls or disrupt the website. Our Source Standards explain how we check published information.
Access, questions and changes
If a page or form is difficult to use with your device or assistive technology, email noah@gofishmontana.com or call us. Tell us the page and the problem. We can help arrange a trip or inquiry by phone or email while we address the issue.
The date above identifies the current terms. Changes do not rewrite an existing confirmed trip or order without the agreement required for that change. Nothing on this page excludes consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice explain information use.
